By accessing or using PaceStats, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Race results, routes, weather information, event details, rankings, and statistical comparisons may come from multiple sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. PaceStats does not guarantee that every race or data point is available or error-free.

Always confirm important event details, route conditions, entry requirements, and safety instructions with the official race organizer before making a decision.

Runner Companion reports, race recommendations, finishing-position simulations, podium estimates, and other generated insights are predictions based on available data and the information you provide. They are not guarantees of performance, eligibility, safety, or race outcome.

You remain responsible for your training, pacing, race selection, and health decisions. Use judgment and consult an appropriate professional when necessary.

You may choose to provide running history, VO₂ max, resting heart rate, maximum heart rate, and personal records. Only enter information you are comfortable using for personalization. Profile information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans provide access to the features and billing frequency shown during checkout. Prices, currency, renewal details, and applicable charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

You may manage an active subscription from the Subscription page, including supported card updates, payment retries, and cancellation. Cancellation affects future renewals; access and billing consequences are shown in your subscription status and applicable plan terms.

Use PaceStats lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other people.

The PaceStats name, interface, software, design, original content, and generated presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

PaceStats may link to race organizers, maps, payment services, or other external resources. Their content, availability, and practices are controlled by their respective operators and may be subject to separate terms.

PaceStats may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the service, comply with law, or address operational needs. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PaceStats is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PaceStats is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, inaccurate third-party race data, training or health decisions, external services, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms are materially violated, the service is abused, payment remains unresolved, or action is required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using PaceStats at any time and may contact us about account-data deletion.

PaceStats may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated clearly. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
